Artistine Segars Kellar Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Artistine Segars Kellar of Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Artis Clinton and Mildred Patterson Segars; her grandson Ty Kennedy; and her brothers, Tommy Segars and Douglas Segars.
She is survived by: her husband Buster Kellar; her children, Tammy Kennedy of Eatonton, GA and Tony; her daughter-in-law Gwen Kellar of Dawsonville; her grandchildren, Tia Kennedy, Trent, Ellie Kennedy, Tamara, Jesus Mendez, Truett Kennedy, Matt, Kayla Kellar, Drew Kellar and Hannah Kellar; and her sister Barbara Dickerson of Toccoa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the conditions concerning the health and well-being of our community, social distancing will be observed. Those attending the service are encouraged to wear a mask.
