She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Walter Chamberlain and Joyce Oncay Chamberlain; her husband Harry Compton; her son Andrew; her daughter-in-law Rebekah Compton of Toccoa; her grandchildren, Sophia Compton, Gideon Compton and Chloe Compton; and her brothers, Walter Chamberlain and Scott (Myrtle Chamberlain).
