Alice Westmoreland Burton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Westmoreland Burton of Toccoa, Georgia, who passed away on June 20, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arris Griffith Westmoreland and Sarah Alice Burgess Westmoreland; her husbands, Hugh Dwayne Whitlock and Tommy Joe Burton; her son Irvin Dale Simpson; and her siblings, Jeanette Taylor, Ben Frank Westmoreland, Clarence Westmoreland, Noah Westmoreland, Roy Westmoreland, Bruce Westmoreland, Henry Westmoreland and Eugene "Gene" Westmoreland.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teresa Segars and Alice Yvonne Simpson; and her sister Mary Burns. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
