With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe Parker of Tignall, Georgia, born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on January 2, 2021 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Farmer and Juanita Fisher Parker; his wife Jean Miller Parker; his son Joe "Bert" Elbert Parker, Jr.; and his siblings, David Parker and Sara Ferguson.
He is survived by: his daughter Tracie; his son-in-law Steve Crandall of Edmond, OK; his grandchildren, Jessie Bunch Fusco, Krystal Bunch and Brooke Parker; his stepgrandson Justin Crandall; and his brother Marvin Parker.
Before its' closing due to covid, Sonny could be found most every morning at the Kum Bak Café, visiting with friends that gathered there to solve the problems of the world!
