He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Hopkins and Mabel Moore Hopkins. He is survived by: his daughters, Selina E. Hopkins of Savannah, Carollen R. Pogue (Butch) of Perry and Ann M. Harrison (Bud) of Tignall; his sister Virginia Hobbs; and his grandchildren, Franklin W. Woodall III, Chelsea Mitchell, Tabytha Molloy, Stephen McCoy, Evan Harrison and Lauren Harrison. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
