She is survived by: her husband Terry; her sons, Chris Kozikowski (Desiree) of Jackson, GA and Brian Kozikowski (Jennifer) of Lawrenceville, GA; her grandsons, Trevor and Henry Kozikowski; and her sister Frances Chronister.
