She was predeceased by: her parents, Farmer Lee Cleveland and Luna Epps Cleveland; and her husband James Carlton Bailey, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Carl Bailey, Jr. (Sharon) of Tignall, Thomas Bailey (Michelle) of Washington and Teresa B. Rodgers (Steve) of Saluda, S. C.. She is also survived by three grandsons, and three granddaughters, and six great grandchildren.
