Hilley of Tignall; his sons, David Thomas Hilley of Clarkesville and Stacy Eric Hilley (Amanda Lynn) of Commerce; his grandchildren, Savannah Hilley, Owen Hilley and Warren Hilley; his brothers, George C. Hilley of Elberton and Charles "Chick" Hilley of Elberton; and his daughter-in-law Peggy Hilley of Ocala, FL.
