She was predeceased by: her parents, Marvin Eugene Echols and Annie Ruth Anderson Echols; and her husband William Spear Smith. She is survived by: her grandson MJ Smith; her children, Mike Smith (Tanya), Marty Smith (Terri) and Kim Wynne (Mike); and her sisters, Norma E. Pittman and Barbara E. Poss. She is also survived by grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
