She was predeceased by: her parent Clive Holt Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Shondale Logan (Ricky) of Tiger, GA; her boyfriend Ed Bratt of Tiger, GA; her brothers, Luther Michael Smith (Katy) of Colorado and David Staton Smith (Betty) of Tiger, GA; her nephew Jonathan McDaniel (Peggy, family: Marcus McDaniel, Kevin Smith); and her niece Kimberly Sorrells (Peter). She is also survived by family; several great nieces and nephews.
