As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Suzanne may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Thomas Kersey, Sr. and Augusta Pike Kersey; and her brother Oscar Thomas Kersey, Jr.. She is survived by: her cousins, Adah Hall Hopkins (David) and Alice Hall Nishimo (Tom) of Saint Louis; and her sisters-in-law, Marie Todd Hipp, Georgia and Jane Todd Wright (Ronnie). She is also survived by six nieces and nephews and 11 great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tiger Baptist Church (188 Bridge Creek Rd, Tiger, GA 30576). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at the Rabun Memory Park Cemetery (5 Strawberry Ln, Tiger, GA 30576).
