It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Allen Shirley of Tiger, Georgia, who passed away on June 2, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Shirley and Jean Shirley (Hipps); and his brother Jesse Thomas Shirley. He is survived by: his wife Michelle Shirley; his sister Diane Cosey (Tater) of Perry, GA; and his nephew Josh Porter (Shannon). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
