She was predeceased by: her parents, C. David Kirkland and Ida Edwards Kirkland of Oconee; her husband Donald R. Bourne; her son Russell Bourne; her brothers, Walter Kirkland and Richard Kirkland; and her brother-in-law George Banschbach.
She is survived by: her children, David Bourne (Sharon), Richard Bourne (Anne) and Patricia Bourne; her sister Elizabeth Banschbach (Beth); and her sister-in-law Charlie Kirkland. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.
