She was predeceased by: her parents, Barney E. Kinard and Irene Turner Kinard; her husband Julian Myers "Doc" Bailey; and her siblings, Frank Kinard of James Kinard, Marie K. Nelson and Pauline K. Sims.
She is survived by: her daughter Frances Wilson (Neil) of Clayton; and her siblings, Thomas Kinard (Betty) and Ann K. Nutt of Moultrie.
