He was predeceased by: his sister Amber Grace Addis. He is survived by: his fathers, Clarence Michael "Mike" Addis of Lakemont and Richard "Richie" Meta Henslee Bailey (Tony) of Clayton, Georgia; his stepfather Whitey Birchfield; his brothers, David Chapman and Josh Chapman; and his friends, Charlie Ivester and Brittany Conner.
