It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved JoAnn Ramey Watts of Tiger, Georgia, born in Clayton, Georgia, who passed away at the age of 76, on July 8, 2024. She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Floyd Maxwell Finley and Bessie Virginia Ramey; her spouse Jackie Milton Watts; her sons, Ricky Watts and Teddy Watts (John Clark); her siblings, Betty Sue Wilkerson, Donald Finley, Mary Sue Parker, Glenda Finley, Joseph Finley and John Finley; and her grandchildren, Jonathon Watts, Preston Watts, Trent Carver, Sarah Clark and Clinton Taylor. She was also cherished by seven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Beck Funeral Home Chapel (898 Hwy 441, Clayton, GA 30525).

The family would like to thank the Tiger/Rabun County community and the wonderful staff of The Fountainview Center for Alzheimer's Disease in Atlanta, GA for the outpouring of love and support.
