He was predeceased by: his wife Martha Cobb Wilkins; his parents, James Wilkins and Elsie Ward; and his sister Carol Ward Corey (Craig). He is survived by: his sons, Tony (Patty) and Steve (Karen); his grandchildren, Ashley Ridley (Justin), Alex Wilkins, John Wilkins, Becca Fernandez (Alex) and David Wilkins; and his siblings, Jim Wilkins and Marsha Sibley (John).
