Though Carolyn Welborn may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Carolyn Welborn touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, JD Welborn and Lavada Hicks Welborn; her husband Frank McCrackin; and her sister Madge Welborn. She is survived by: her sister Lehyn Lifsey (Ray); her nephew Raymond Lifsey (Brandy); her nieces, Kristen Spencer (Eddie) and Julie Dunson (Carl); and her caregivers, Carolyn Grant and Debra Adams.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Tiger Baptist Church (188 Bridge Creek Rd, Tiger, GA 30576). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, September 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
