He was predeceased by: his parents, Eulan Cannady and Kathryn Nation Cannady; his wife Barbara Ann McPherson Cannady; his sister Shirley Jackson; and his great grandchild Harper Thrash.
He is survived by: his daughters, Shannon Ramsey of Hiram and Tanya Cannady of Acworth; his stepsons, Billy S. West and Johnny W. West; his siblings, Randle Cannady, Paul Cannady, Timmy Cannady, Sandra Allen of Lawrenceville and Wanda Cole of Temple; his grandchildren, Jessica Cannady, Amber Ramsey, Hunter Ramsey and Trapper Ramsey; and his great grandchildren, Layne Hunter and Ryot Vila.
