He was predeceased by: his father Waldo Myers; his son Joel Keith Myers; his daughter-in-law Karen Knowles Myers; and his brother Jerry Ray Myers. He is survived by: his wife Linda Carol Walker Myers of Tifton; his son Richard Mark Myers of Tifton; his grandchildren, Matthew, Elza Myers, Joel, Ashley Myers, Melinda, Bryan Clishe, Kelli and Murray Sloan; his great grandchildren, Raelan Myers, Henley Myers, Holly Sloan, Corvin Myers and Case Myers; and his sisters, Judy (Larry Bellamy) and Shirley (Ed Jordan).
