He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Glenn Register and Estelle Mae Smith Register; his wife Betty "Sara" Eaton Register; and his siblings, Irene Stewart, Iris Williams, Faye Williams, Joyce Zentz, Betty R. Marshall, Kenneth Register and Donald Register.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; his son-in-law Walt Albritton of Albany; his sisters, Virginia Exum of Tifton and Joann Usry of Aiken; his grandchildren, Jessica Sadler and Haley Albritton; and his great grandchildren, Owen Sadler and Ethan Sadler.
