He is survived by: his children, Mike Bell (Darlene), Teresa Coker (Tommy), Steve Bell and Lisa Clements (Aric); his granddaughter Heather Fletcher; his caregivers, Michael Bell Jr., William Bell, Tyler Bell, Amber Coker, Kimberley Balkcom of Stephen Bell, A. J, Clements and Larisa Dyess; and his brother John Bell. He is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
