He was predeceased by: his brother Robby Thacker; and his grandson Weston Edge. He is survived by: his mother Juanita Smith Thacker Klementovich; his stepfather Charles Klementovich of Tifton; his children, Russ Thacker of Tifton and Heather Thacker Edge of Dublin; his siblings, Ricky Thacker of Tifton and Judy; his brother-in-law Kenny DeBerry of Bridgeboro; his grandchildren, Westlyn Edge and Stetson Johnson; and his sister-in-law Beth Thacker of Tifton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
