He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Eugene Mincey and Mary Lizzie Harden Mincey; and his sister Janet Mincey Brockett Spires. He is survived by: his siblings, Brian (Shirley Mincey), Eugene (Diane Mincey) and Lea Mincey of Adel; his siblings-in-law, Kaula, Jesse McKinnon of Sylvester, Gwen and David Gay of Virginia; his nephews, Cory Brockett, Keith Brockett and Cory Powell; and his great-nephew Griffin Powell.
A memorial service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794).
