He is survived by: his wife Letha Kvistad Hartley of Tifton; his sons, Chad (Penny Hartley), Brad (Keylee Vance Hartley) and Kevin Hartley of Tifton; his sisters, Teresa (Eddie Carswell) and Elizabeth Hartley Filliat of Roswell; his grandchildren, Kamie Rebecca Thompson, Christian Shell Hartley, Jake Williams and Justin Williams; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln Hartley, Finley Thompson, Macade Williams and Mila Williams.
