She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert E. Spivey and Blanch Rorie Spivey; her husband Dr. Thomas R. Milam; and her daughter-in-law Bonnie Hamilton Milam. She is survived by: her children, John Thomas Milam of Columbus and Deborah Jeane Milam of Tifton; her grandson John Thomas Milam, Jr. (Julie) of Valdosta; and her great grandchild John Thomas Milam, III.
