He is survived by: his wife Verdie Martin Worek; his children, Russell Worek of Bainbridge, GA, Shane Worek of Bainbridge, GA, Jason Logue of Blakely, GA, Ray Hawkins (Angie Graham) of Cairo, GA, William Hawkins (Deborah Pheaton) of Millwood, GA and Ashley of Climax, GA; his grandchildren, Tami Smith (Eddie), Crystal Bennett (Randal), Jessica Roberts (Sean), Meagan Spires (Makayla), Clint Spires, Jessica Graham and Fourteen; his great grandchildren, Madison Jayde Smith and Kayla Smith Griffin (Dustin); and his great great grandchild Brynleigh Marie Griffin (Doris Hawkins). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
