Robbie Stoufer Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robbie Stoufer of Tifton, Georgia, born in Enigma, Georgia, who passed away on January 20, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Percy Jewel Bishop; her husband Bob Stoufer; her son Kenneth Ray Phillippi; and her siblings, Merlyn Harris, Juanita Crum, Linda Burchett and George Bishop.
She is survived by: her mother Ethel Norris Bishop; her son Dr. Keith Norris Phillippi of Tifton, GA; her stepdaughter Cheryl Stoufer Berberich of Raytown, MO; her grandchildren, Christian Phillippi, Keilee Phillippi and Chandler Phillippi; her siblings, Carolyn Brannen, Jim Bishop, Nell Pancake, Mary Beth Bishop, Charles Bishop and David Bishop; and her aunt Jean. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
