He was predeceased by: his mother Gladys L. Jones; and his daughter Alice Ann Jones. He is survived by: his wife Betty Booher Jones; his daughters, Betsy Joyce (Billy) and Sara Whitman (Harrison); his grandchildren, Emmaline Harter (Taylor), Beth Ashley Joyce, William Joyce and Phillip Wilder; and his sister June Houze.
