He is survived by: his parent Ethel Kemp Miller; his daughter Deanne Miller of Tifton; his siblings, Timothy Miller of Ohio, Edith Heiber and Linda Miller; and his grandchildren, Joshua Allgood, Tisha Dixon and Steven Metzger.
