He is survived by: his wife Catina McFarland Garrett of Tifton; his son Jon; his daughter-in-law Rebecca Garrett of Rochelle; his brother Pat; his sister-in-law Rhonda Garrett of Rome; his sister Elaine; his siblings-in-law, Ron Dutton of Atlanta and Robbie (Jim Pope) of Tifton; his grandchildren, Ryan Garrett of Athens, Braxton Garrett of Rochelle and Bethany Garrett of Rochelle; and his caregiver Wendy Spurlin. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
