He was predeceased by: his parents, Raford Porter Rogers, Sr. and Julia Royal Rogers; his brother Monty; and his sister-in-law Susan Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Tallulah Pope Rogers of Tifton; his son Ford; his daughter-in-law Mary Kathryn Rogers of Athens; his brother Mickey; his sister-in-law Jean Rogers of Arabi; his sister Rita; his brother-in-law Benjamin Charles of Hawkinsville; and his grandchildren, Celeste Tomberlin of College Station, Jonah Tomberlin of College Station, Porter Rogers and Caroline Rogers of Athens.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Tifton (404 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Arabi Cemetery.
