He was predeceased by: his parents, Raford Porter Rogers, Sr. and Julia Royal Rogers; his brother Monty; and his sister-in-law Susan Rogers. He is survived by: his wife Tallulah Pope Rogers of Tifton; his son Ford; his daughter-in-law Mary Kathryn Rogers of Athens; his brother Mickey; his sister-in-law Jean Rogers of Arabi; his sister Rita; his brother-in-law Benjamin Charles of Hawkinsville; and his grandchildren, Celeste Tomberlin of College Station, Jonah Tomberlin of College Station, Porter Rogers and Caroline Rogers of Athens.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Memorial Chapel of Tifton's First Baptist Church (404 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Arabi Antioch Cemetery.
