It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Peggy Evans (Tifton, Georgia), who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cook Parks and Era Eugenia Tison Parks; her daughter Julia Ann "Julie" Stidham; and her siblings, Lillian Roddenberry, Erline Taylor, Bill Parks, Wallace Parks and Julian Parks.

She is survived by: her husband John Rufus "Bunchie" Evans of TyTy; her son Marcus; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Evans of Omega; her daughter Diane; her son-in-law Derry Hewett of TyTy; and her grandchildren, Suzanne, Buck Bradshaw, Sarah, Josh Marteen, Jason, Amanda Evans, Justin Evans, Heather Hewett, Cari, Dusty Gibson, Miga and Todd Batten. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
