She was predeceased by: her parents, Malvern Bitting and Evelyn Wall Bitting; her husband Mitch Corbitt; her grandson Thomas Walden; and her sister Joanne Hutcheson.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Whitley (Danny) of Nicholls, GA and Anthony Walden of Hazlehurst, GA; her grandchildren, Caitlyn Whitley of Nicholls, GA, Daniel Whitley of Nicholls, GA and Tyler Walden (Rachel) of Virginia; her great grandchildren, Kinsley Hall, Aubrey Walden and Avery Walden; and her siblings, Sonny Bitting (Martha) of Lumber City, GA, William Bitting of Hazlehurst, GA and Cheryl Bohannon (Ronnie) of Hazlehurst, GA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
