She is survived by: her husband James "Wayne" Cook of Tifton; and her children, Michael of Tifton, Angela Hughes of Tifton, Matt of Tifton, Tomeka Hughes of Tifton, Regina (Cliff Carroll), Tabytha Byrd (Natasha) of Florida and John Melton of Fargo. She is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
