He was predeceased by: his parents, Tommy Millard West and Unie P. Willis West; his son Tony West; and his grandson Tommy Duvall West. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Jeanette "Dot" McCarty West of Tifton; his children, Jerry (Kerri West) of Ty Ty, Freida West (Robbie Turner) and Heather (Joe Stinson); and his daughter-in-law Lisa West of Sycamore. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
