He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Glen McKee and Mary Maxine West McKee; and his daughter Leanna Nicole McKee. He is survived by: his son Shane McKee of Thomasville; his sister Genia McKee of Tifton; and his cousin Tim McKee. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
