She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorsey Goodman and Mildred Hogan Goodman; her brother Charles Buddy Goodman; her son Johnny Dale Chambless; her sister Mary Jean G. Osborne; her grandson Bradford "Brad" Jones; and her grandparents, Charlie, Belle Hogan, Rance and Millie Goodman.
She is survived by: her husband Edward Laferrell Salter of Tifton; her daughters, Debra Jones of Ty Ty and Shara; her son-in-law Dennis Dunn of Six Mile; her sister Shirley; her brother-in-law Hugh McCord of Vidalia; and also, Randy, Cheryl Chambless of Ty Ty, Jeffrey, Lori Salter of Dallas, Ray, Kim Salter of Carrolton, Buddy, Debbie Salter of Clover, Michael, Charlene Salter of Sylvester, Monty, Sharon Salter of Carrolton, Scott and Gabe Goodman of Tifton. She is also survived by married on August 12, 1968; seven sons, 22 grandchildren; 31 great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
