She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie B. Barthel and Jessie Mae "Big Mama"; and her grandson Bernard Gerald Manning (Monica Manning). She is survived by: her husband Gerald Manning; her sons, Bernard Gerald Manning (Paterson) and Brian Edgar Manning (Nanuet); her grandchildren, Bria, Madison, Jessi, Joshua, Tiffany and Brian Manning (Nicole Manning); and her great grandchild Mia Brinkley.
