She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Byron and Minnie Byron; her husband Robert H. Welker; and her son Richard A. Welker. She is survived by: her children, Pat Welker of Tifton and Carolyn Wall of Treasure Island; her sister Betty Ireland of Okeechobee; and her grandchildren, Tim (Lisa Jones), Kyle (Melissa Welker), Lindsay (Thomas Herlong), Jessica (Victor Conner) and Valerie Welker of Macon. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
