It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mae Shelton McCrackin Cheshire of Tifton, Georgia, born in Reform, Alabama, who passed away on October 24, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Rosie Shelton Bobo; her husband Charles Henry Cheshire; and her children, William Marvin McCrackin, Betty Jean McCrackin Scarberry and Gloria Collier.
She is survived by: her children, Lewis Edward McCrackin of Tifton, Louise Lamee of Jacksonville, Rosa Marie Ethridge of Mississippi and Sandra Mishue of Alabama; and her brother Jack David Bobo of Millport, Alabama. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
