With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucille McClellan Horton of Tifton, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 20, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Duncan McClellan and Etta Copeland McClellan; her husband Clifton Horton; her great grandchild Owen Johnson; and her siblings, Denard McClellan, John McClellan, Bill McClellan, Tobe McClellan, Lennie Smith, Mary Branson, Essie Stevens, Lela Mock, Christine Blalock and Beba Spradley.
She is survived by: her daughters, Ann Johnson (Emory), Jann Brodeur (Richard) and Zann Kennedy (Anthony); her grandchildren, Rawlings Johnson (Carson), Clifton Johnson (Kristy), Zack Kennedy, Suzanne Ganas (Terry) and Taylor Brodeur (Victoria Brodeur); and her great grandchildren, Tyson Ganas, Clifton Johnson, William Johnson, Ryan Johnson, Julie Anne Ganas and Rachel Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Bowen-Donaldson Home For Funerals (420 Love Ave, Tifton, GA 31794).
