He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lewis Cheek and Carol Robertson Cheek. He is survived by: his pet Diesel; his son Austin Blake (Alyssa Cheek); his grandchildren, Natalie Cheek, Malloree Cheek, Lyla Cheek, Jazmyne Cheek and Kyra Cheek; his sister Kemberly Cheek Carter of Augusta, Georgia.; his aunts, Latrelle Cheek and Martha Robertson Massey (Hubert Massey); and his cousins, Kelly Massey Gordon, Joshua Massey and Emily Cheek.
