She is survived by: her husband Gary S. Murphy of Tifton; her daughter Angela Murphy Hornback of Centerville, Ohio; her grandchildren, Amanda Murphy-Smith (Brandon), Kathleen Murphy, Patrick S. Murphy and William Hornback V.; her great grandchild Caspian Grey Smith; and her sister Carol Wingate Hilliard (Larry).
