She is survived by: her son Monty Smith (Lane) of Poulan; her grandchildren, Keaton Smith, Makalah Smith, Jack Smith and Katie Spears; her siblings, Pat Carlisle of Gainesville, Janice Sinquefield of Leesburg and Jimmy Carter of Collins, Georgia; and her friends, Kathy Chambliss, Mary Surry and Judy Thompson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
