He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Willie Welch and Laverne Norman Welch; and his brother Bobby Welch. He is survived by: his son Kevin Welch of Valdosta.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Ebenezer Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 18th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
