He was predeceased by: his parents, John D. McGill and Annie Leigh Hayes McGill; and his wife Mavis Toms McGill. He is survived by: his children, John Wendell McGill of Tifton, Sonny John McGill of Tifton, Linda Harbuck of Ellaville and Alisha Hartsfield of Norman Park. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; his two sisters.
