He is survived by: his wife Judith Daily Hamm; his daughters, Holly Johnson and Teresa Stevens; his son-in-law Cary Stevens; his grandchildren, Paul Johnson, Phillip Johnson, Brett Stevens, Brianna Stevens and Colleen Stevens; and his niece Julie Hamm.
