He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chambless Chambless and Opal Clytee Tesney Chambless; his wife Gail Tindall Chambless; his children, LaDon (Kacee Chambless), Michelle (Bill Ryder), Allen, Stephanie Peugh and Courtney (Allison Peugh); his sister Wanda Sue; his brother-in-law Ken Watson of Tifton; his grandchildren, Chase Powell, Cheyenne Ryder, Cole Ryder, Garrett (Lagan Chambless), Jeremy (Lauren Chambless), Bryce Peugh and Logan Peugh (Lelan Peugh); and his great grandchildren, Mylee Chambless, John Hilton Chambless and Joseph Chambless. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
